Hi, I’m Carla Souza.
I started Fitnessee from something very personal. I’ve always loved wearing beautiful outfits to the gym—it’s just part of who I am. But when I moved to the U.S., I struggled to find workout clothes that had the same quality and bold, flattering designs I was used to back in Brazil. Everything I found here felt either overpriced or just… boring. So, for a while, I kept asking friends to send me sets from Brazil.
One day, I was at the airport wearing one of my Brazilian workout sets, and a girl asked me where I’d gotten it because she loved it. It happened again at the gym, the grocery store—pretty much anywhere I went. I realized there was a gap in the US market for beautiful, high-quality athletic wear that didn’t break the bank. That’s when I decided to create Fitnessee.
